The team that’s just been beaten also deserves a pint for their valiant efforts too.

The Bon Accord has become the home of TFC Dynamo for post match occasions. Living just round the corner when the team was formed (and still to this day) it was Bob Keith who introduced us all to the pub properly. Many of us had been in the Bon on a few occasions before but many more have become ‘regulars’ since.

Located at Charing Cross, The Bon is central enough for everyone to visit after games at the Firhill complex and has become a regular part of the Dynamo lifestyle.

Under the stewardship of owner Paul McDonnagh and son Thomas, the Bon has won regular awards from CAMRA for their selection of Real Ales and last year also won the Pub Of The Year Award. Barmaid Maureen has recently won the Scottish Bar Personality of the Year award at the Scottish Licensed Trade DRAM award. With more and more post match pints of Miller and chilli burgers being devoured, Paul has very generously decided to sponsor TFC Dynamo and paid for our new away strips. We now proudly display the Bon’s logo on our new kit. We’ll remember our roots when we’re playing in the Nou Camp.
